Shipping Policy

At Lucille's Wreaths and More, we strive to process and ship non-custom orders within 3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the USA only. Free shipping is available for the lower 48 states. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional fee of $20 will apply.

Order Tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number as soon as the carrier provides the tracking information.

Returns/Refunds:

Potential Service Interruptions:
As a small business with a staff of one, there may be occasional delays in processing orders. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly with an updated processing and shipping time.
