You may request a cancellation for your order as long as the item has not shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can process your request before the item is dispatched
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be clean, not exposed to the elements, and in generally the same condition as when you received it, unless it was damaged during shipping. Please include your order number with the return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. The refund should appear within the timeframe set by your card issuer.
Unless your item was damaged upon receipt, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
